Mia is an average teenage girl, embarrassed by her mothers' free-spirited nature. She begins a relationship with Gus, who constantly pressures her to "take the next step" in their relationship. Later, while out together by the harbor, Gus forces himself onto her but is saved in-time by Darryl and Roxie, who saw the assault beforehand in a vision.
